Taedal’s Tower 6th Floor: Finding the Piton in the Flames

Mad Red Pyromancer

The 6th floor of Taedal’s Tower introduces a new mechanic that includes external elements. In this case, pillars will appear that you will be able to climb to avoid the most dangerous attack of the Boss.

Floor Fire

Mad Red Pyromancer stands in the center of the arena, he will start casting the spell and 4 pillars will appear (the number of pillars will be reduced to 1 as the combat progresses). Run and climb any of the pillars (get close and press F) to avoid the attack. The floor of the entire arena will catch fire causing high damage.

Teleport

The boss remains fixed in position to attack with ranged strikes. But it will suddenly move by teleporting either to evade your blows, to get closer to you to attack or to focus on the arena and launch its massive attack.

Floor Explotion

When the boss raises his staff above his head and starts casting the spell, you will see the ground around your position light up. Move away from the lit area as it will explode a few moments later. Keep moving as the process will repeat 3 times.
