Once you discover the Daybreak Shore Waypoint you will be able to complete the Exploration Codex quests in the region. One of these quests is For the Ally’s Rests. To complete this quest you will have to find all the Sailor’s Keepsake in different locations. Below you will find where to get them and how to complete the quest.
For the Ally’s Rests: Sailor’s Keepsake Locations
- Find the Sailor’s Keepsake at the front of the wrecked ship’s deck
- Find the Sailor’s Keepsake on the mast of the wrecked ship
- Find the Sailor’s Keepsake at the bottom of the wrecked ship
- Find the Sailor’s Keepsake at the back of the wrecked ship’s deck
- Defeat Sea Crab to obtain the Sailor’s Keepsake
Find the Sailor’s Keepsake at the front of the wrecked ship
Find it at the front of the ship, it is easily accessible, use the grapple to get to the front section and you will find the Sailor’s Keepsake. You can also glide to get there, but with grapple it’s simpler and faster.
Find the Sailor’s Keepsake on the mast of the wrecked ship
This is the hardest one. The Sailor’s Keepsake is on one of the masts, and in theory you can climb it until you reach it. But after trying a lot of times and only getting frustrated, I recommend you to just use the glider.
The fastest way I found is from the beach, use the grapple and the glider morph to reach the top of the mast. Once there move forward SLOWLY until you can interact with the Sailor’s Keepsake. It may take a couple of tries, but you can do it.
Find the Sailor’s Keepsake at the bottom of the wrecked ship
No complications here, the Sailor’s Keepsake is inside the wrecked ship but on groud level, so enter the boat from the beach and find it among the timbers.
Find the Sailor’s Keepsake at the back of the wrecked ship’s deck
This one is also easy to find, go the the bottom part of the ship, the one is over the water. Glide there and you will get the Sailor’s Keepsake without any problems.
Defeat Sea Crab to obtain the Sailor’s Keepsake
Kill Sea Crabs near the wreck and eventually one of them will drop the Sailor’s Keepsake.
Complete For the Ally’s Rests Quest
Once you have all the Sailor’s Keepsakes in your possession, give them to Phantom Ruber at the front of the ship, you can only do this at night.
