How to Get Uncommon Fish Oil
To get Uncommon Fish Oil you have to Dissolve Uncommon grade fish, this is the only way to get Uncommon Fish Oil. The amount of Uncommon Fish Oil you get from Dissolving the fish will depend on its size. In addition to Uncommon Fish Oil you will also get Bait Fish Fillet.
How to Dissolve Fishes
Open your inventory and at the bottom right you will see the Dissolve icon 
. Now select the Uncommon fish you want to dissolve.
When you have selected the fish, press Y to dissolve. This procedure has a cost in Sollant.
