The Dynamic Event will start when the content is unlocked at the Milestone.
Lantern Seed Festival Progress
You can acquire Lantern Seed by defeating Terror Birds in the Nesting Grounds.
You can acquire Receipts by delivering the Lantern Seed you have to Watson Brothers wandering around the Nesting Grounds.
An individual or a guild that gained the most Receipts will be the winner of the event.
Lantern Seed Festival Event
One of Waston Brothers will pay double Receipts to the first five players at 17, 14, 11, 8, 5, and 2 min before the event ends.
