NCSOFT talked about the rumored development of Throne and Liberty for mobile devices. Choi Moon-young confirmed on the forum that he is leading the project after Jongok Ahn’s resignation.
Following rumors about the Throne and Liberty Mobile project, Choi Moon-young clarified that TL is not just a PC game, it’s a franchise from which different projects can follow. Some of the examples he gave were the possibility to connect to the game with the Purple app released in May and the web novel released before the launch. There are other possible ideas to expand the franchise: a mobile version, a spin-off, works of art, etc.
At the moment all efforts seem to be focused on the release of the global version of Throne and Liberty, as they haven’t streamed or published a letter from the producer in a while.
Throne and Liberty is currently expected to be released sometime in 2024.
