THRONE AND LIBERTY — Update 3.5.0

Update 3.5.0 brings back the Haunted Harvest seasonal event, introduces several gameplay and UI improvements, weapon balance adjustments, new Ascended Archboss weapons, and quality-of-life enhancements across multiple systems. Read on for the full list of updates.

Haunted Harvest Returns

Event Period: October 23 – November 13

Sweet rewards, spooky decorations, and creepy cosmetics return for another year of Haunted Harvest! The limited-time Haunted Labyrinth dungeon also makes its comeback. What tricks will your guild pull off alongside these treats?

Europe – Daylight Savings Time Adjustment

European servers will undergo an early adjustment—three days ahead of real-world DST—due to maintenance requirements.

  • Local reset times will shift 1 hour earlier, now fixed at 08:00 UTC.
  • Dynamic Events, Riftstones/Boonstones, Bosses, Sieges, and other time-based content will retain their local time slots.
  • Battle Pass, Arena, Weekly Missions, and NPC resets will also move 1 hour earlier (remaining at 08:00 UTC).

Server Transfer Adjustments

After maintenance:

  • Characters on servers added with Update 3.0.0 can now transfer to Legacy Servers.
  • Transfers between new servers will no longer be available.

System Updates

Trait System

  • UI improved: Material item selection now directly displays extract lists.
  • Blessing Points used during enhancement are now visible.
  • Locked, rune-applied, or equipped items appear dimmed in material lists.

Cooking

  • New material merchants have been added near cooking hearths in Kastleton, Vienta, Herba Village, and Stonegard Castle.
  • General Merchants will no longer sell cooking ingredients.
  • Players with DaVinci’s Favor can summon Solia, the cooking material merchant, at any time.

Targeting & UI

  • Removed unnecessary effect icons when targeting other PCs (e.g., Gigantrite buffs, Guild Skills).
  • You can now rename categories when editing the Main Menu Layout (Keyboard & Mouse only).
  • HUD Display and Party HUD settings are preserved after leaving a raid.
  • Search functions added to Storage Chest, Inventory, and Mirror Boutique menus.
  • Added Show Cloak toggle in Character Info.
  • Photo Mode: Players can now chat while in Photo Mode.

Other Fixes

  • Fixed issues affecting stealth target selection, furniture placement, gliding elevation, boss-area boundaries, and chat text cutoff.
  • Numerous controller input bugs and raid mechanics issues resolved.

Weapon Balance Adjustments

Crossbow

  • Nimble Leap (Immune): 3s cooldown added.
  • Weak Point Shot (Shield Weakening): Now deals 500% fixed damage to shielded targets.

Dagger

  • Inject Venom: PvE dmg ↑ from 60% → 100%.
  • Brutal Incision: PvE dmg ↑ from 15% → 50%.
  • Thundering Bomb: PvE dmg ↑ from 40% → 50%.
  • Vampiric Strike (Shield Reduction): Now deals 320% fixed damage to shielded targets.
  • Frenzied Sword Dance: +50% PvE damage boost added.

Greatsword

  • Raging Frenzy: Gains skill-damage boost when applying Shock.
  • Death Blow (Cooldown Reduction): Adds 50% CD reduction for Guillotine Blade when hitting Shocked targets.
  • Valiant Brawl, Cruel Smite, Guillotine Blade: PvE dmg ↑ from 120% → 140%.

Longbow

  • Decisive Sniping / Bombardment: PvE dmg ↑ from 85% → 110%.
  • Brutal Arrow: Now affects Oppressed targets.
  • Steady Aim: +20% Critical Damage for 4s when applying Oppress.
  • Fixed skill-use height bug with Strafing (Mobility).

Orb

  • Stellar Dash: Damage reduced (Epic Lv.5: 680%→580% base).
  • Void Slash / Interstellar Explosion: PvE dmg ↑ 40%→60%.
  • Supernova Collapse: Movement-speed reduction changed to 80%.
  • Weapon Mastery adjustments:
    • Stacking Echo: Extra projectiles reduced (12→9).
    • Flow Shift: Orb effect dmg ↓ (35%→25%); Shield Health reduction ↓ (30%→25%).
    • Seer: Heavy Attack dmg ↓ (26%→20% at Lv.10).

Spear

  • Vicious/Brutal Fury: PvE dmg ↑ 40%→60%.
  • Cyclonic Fury: PvE dmg ↑ 80%→100%.

Sword

  • Counter Barrier (Concentrated Barrier): Points reduced (7→5); now lowers target Bonus Damage by 5 for 6s.

Item & Equipment Updates

  • Fixed various legendary weapon effects not triggering or applying incorrectly.
  • Added Tier 3 Armor options to Manticus Equipment Selection Chest.
  • Multiple cosmetic texture and dye issues corrected.

Epic Tier 3 Armor Adjustments

  • Now affected by Buff Duration stats.
  • Blood Knight’s Assassination Hood: Trait changed to Health Regen.
  • Flashfire Fanatic: Added cooldown to 4-set effect.
  • Fallen Dynasty: 4-set now boosts Heavy Attack Damage (up to +30%).
  • Steel Juggernaut: 4-set now includes Magic Endurance (raised to 250).

Battlegrounds

  • Added Base Protection Buff: Increased defense near your base; incoming damage penalty in enemy base.
  • Added AFK player indicators.
  • Fixed incorrect opponent info on the scoreboard.

Archbosses & Weapons

  • New Ascended Archbosses: Ascended Giant Cordy and Ascended Deluzhnoa.
  • Increased HP for Queen Bellandir and Tevent.
  • Talandre and Ascended Archboss Weapons: Upgraded to Epic Tier 3+, with one additional stat.
  • Added 9 new Epic Tier 3 crafting recipes for Ascended Archboss weapons.
  • Archboss Skill Cores can now be reverted to weapons using dropped fragments (auto-enhanced to +12).

Housing

  • Purchase requirements now clearly displayed.
  • Map icons updated to show house size.
  • Added filter and search functions for furniture and storage.
  • Furniture scores normalized across same-grade items.

Guilds

  • Added new Guild Contracts:
    • General: Complete Resistance, Defeat Field Boss
    • Dungeon: Complete Abyss Dungeon, Defeat Co-op Dungeon Boss
  • Adjusted contract rewards (Abyssal Stones replace old materials).
  • Added new Guild Merchant items and expanded Guild Storage grade settings.
  • Guild Raid notifications now show progress updates in real time.

Localization

  • Fixed Korean and German text display bugs.
  • Updated multiple skill and achievement descriptions for clarity.
  • Adjusted terminology: “Shield Health” now used consistently.
