Transcending Powers are three special skills in Throne and Liberty that can only be used by players who are at the top of the rankings. There are three rankings: Activity Ranking, Kill Ranking, or Guild Ranking. Players who reach the top of each one will be granted a special skill, a Transcending Power.
These skills drastically change, although for a limited time, the environmental conditions of the server. Let’s see what they are about and how to get them.
Transcending Power: Eclipse, Gale & Heavy Rain
As you know, to obtain Transcending Powers, you have to reach the first place in the Throne and Liberty rankings. In the table below, you can see which Transcending Powers are obtained with each ranking and the effects they produce.

| Kill Ranking | Eclipse | Darkens the world for 10 minutes. All party members and guild members within a 5m range are Stealthed for 30s. Using skills or moving out of the caster’s range ends Stealth. |
| Activity Ranking | Heavy Rain | Rain falls for 10 minutes, server-wide. Mana Cost Efficiency increases by 100% for 10s and Cooldown Speed increases 20% for 24s for nearby party members and guild members. |
| Guild Ranking | Gale | Turns the winds into powerful gusts for 10 minutes, blowing in the direction the camera is facing when cast. Movement Speed increases by 25% for 24s for nearby party members and guild members. |
The skills Eclipse, Heavy Rain and Gale have drastic effects on the environment of Throne and Liberty, hiding the sun, causing heavy rain and intense winds. This environment alterations have major effects on the entire server:
- Different monsters, collectibles and NPCs will be found based on the changed time and weather.
- Dungeons will open based on the changed time.
- The water level in certain area will change based on the changed weather.
- Stats and effects of certain skills will be modified based on changed time, weather, and wind.
The effects of Transcending Powers will last for 10 minutes and a 12 hours cooldown.
How to Use Transcending Power: Commander’s Seals
Reaching the top of the ranking is not the only thing you need to use Transcending Power, you also need Commander’s Seals.
Each time you use a Transcending Power you will need 5 Commander’s Seals. Commander’s Seals are purchased at the Guild Merchant and cost 50 Guild Tokens each.
