During the Throne and Liberty new stream “TL Live 2” developers talked about known issues and some of the new things we will be able to see soon in TL. This report was made by translating the live content from Korean into English so we apologize for any translation errors.
Service
In the first part of the live broadcast they talked about some of the problems we already know about, such as the slow response to the known issues. They assured to be working to speed up the response.
Account Theft and New Security Policy
In particular they mentioned the problem of account theft and the slowness with which the problem was solved. As you know, a new security policy has been implemented to prevent future account theft, which is causing problems for foreign players to login (you can read more about it in this article).
They also referred to the delay in responding to the event abuse issue and the omission in the previous Patch Notes to the rewards nerf, stating that it was simply an error in drafting the notes.
Dynamic Events
The developers are taking steps to counteract the imbalance of rewards and weapons during Dynamic Events.
Marind rewards were too concentrated between ranking rewards and luck rewards, which caused stress due to excessive competition. Rewards will now be distributed more evenly. Also, the rewards within the top 100 have been changed so that up to 150th place can receive rewards.
Another problem is that Skill Growth related items can be obtained almost exclusively by participating in Dynamic Events. These rewards will be delivered in other content as well. The imbalance between weapons also causes an unfair drop distribution, this was also adjusted so that loot is distributed more fairly.

- Staff enhancements will arrive with 1/17 update.
- The impact of critical hits on Greatsword and Staff will be improved.
